Many tests are failing under 2.3 due to incompatibile iteration, etc.

All tests pass in 2.3 and 2.4 as of [25]. Inspector and test suite handling were rewritten for 2.3 compatibility, and tests for 2.4-only features now issue a warning under 2.3.
